CUSTOM ORDERING
INFORMATION
Minimums
- There is a minimum order of 12 for all one and two color
printing.
Turnaround
- Orders are generally completed within two weeks of the date
that they were ordered.
Rush
Service - Orders can be completed in as few as three
days for an additional fee. Call for details.
Payment
Policy - For all new customers we require a 50%
deposit at the time the order is placed, and the balance upon
completion. Other terms are available for repeat customers. Acceptable
methods of payment are Check, MasterCard or Visa. In some cases we
will accept a purchase order or hold a credit card number in lieu of a
deposit. We reserve the right to request payment in full up front.
Shipping
- We ship the order at your expense. Shipping is done by UPS
Ground unless you request otherwise.

Quotes - Call, fax or email us the following
information:
1.The item(s) you are interested in (indicate 100% cotton or 50/50
where applicable)
2.The Quantity
3.The Color of the Item
4.The ink colors and placement (full front, back, left breast, right
breast). We use Pantone colors.
5.When do you need them?
6.Must have camera ready artwork.
Artwork
Submitting
Artwork - It must be camera ready and color separated
in the form of a hardcopy.
Hardcopy
- Clean, crisp black & white artwork should be supplied
on film or 8.5 x 11" paper for each color in the design.
